Refund policy

 

Return Policy: We are unable to return used items due to the nature of beekeeping and the ability for disease to transfer easily through beekeeping equipment and/or clothing! That being said, if your items remain in the same condition when purchased and, for instance an unassembled super remains unassembled, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. 

Please note:

• Kits must be returned as a complete package and cannot be refunded item by item.

• We do not offer refunds on honeybee feed, honey, bee pollen, medications, or live bees.

Pick-Up Orders: Our return policy also applies to orders that are not picked up. If your pick-up order remains unclaimed, we will issue a refund for eligible, unused items if you contact us within a 14-day window. After 14 days, we are no longer able to offer a refund for unclaimed orders.
