Our mason bee 'Reedy Resort' comes with 75 natural reeds in a beautiful home made from salvaged Western Red Cedar. You may notice that the reeds vary slightly in sizes, this is because they are natural lake bed reeds, hand cut with hole sizes around 5/16" (8mm) and are about 6" long. Reeds easily break apart in wintertime when it's time to collect cocoons!
