Hive Inspection 101- April 27th 1pm

Join us as we break down the essentials of a routine hive inspection! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover:

• The best way to approach and enter a hive for any inspection.
• Techniques to minimize the risk of rolling or squishing the queen.
• A break down of a routine hive inspection checklist.
• What to focus on during April and May inspections, including supplemental feeding options and hive expectations.
• How often you should inspect your hive to keep your colony healthy and thriving.

Perfect if you’re new to beekeeping or looking for a refresher!

Bring your questions- we will have time towards the end of the workshop for Q&A's! Plus you will receive a hand out after the workshop outlining the main topics of the session.
